हमें चार बातें हमेशा याद रखनी हैं !

1 : जैसा की सब जानते हैं कि स्पीक एशिया ने माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में यह कहा है कि हम पुनः व्यापार शुरू करना चाहते हैं और अपनी देनदारियां भी चुकता करना चाहते हैं !

2 : माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने इस मामले को जांच एजेंसियों और स्पीक एशिया के बीच विवाद माना है, और माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के एक विख्यात भूतपूर्व मुख्य जज माननीय श्रीमान आर. सी. लाहोटी जी को इस मामले में मध्यस्थ की ज़िम्मेदारी सौंपी, जिस से कि यह विवाद जितनी जल्दी हो सुलझाया जा सके !

3 : अदालतें हमेशां अत्यधिक काम के दबाव में कार्य करती हैं, इस लिए इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को समयबद्ध नहीं किया जा सकता ! परन्तु फिर भी हमारा मामला एक बेहतर गति में है !

4 : हमारा धन सुरक्षित है !

Dear Friends…

We should always remember four things.

1 : As we all are aware that SpeakAsia has said in Hon. Supreme Court that it wants to clear all it’s dues & restart it’s business.

2. The Hon. Supreme Court has observed & locked that it’s a dispute between parties aur the Hon. Supreme Court appointed hon. retired chief justice Mr. R. C. Lahoti to act as a mediator, so that this issue can be solved as soon as possible.

3. Judiciery always functioned in a pressure of excessive work load, that is why the whole thing can not be time bounded. But still our case is being processed faster in accordance with the time.

4 : Our money is safe.

Yes, I'm an honest Indian citizen.
I have full faith in the Indian constitution.
I'm a supporter of SpeakAsia.
